1988 Volvo needs more help 200 1988

FCP Groton has both the Bentley and Haynes books at very reasonable prices, as well as the gaskets and just about anything else except the carb cleaner or Brakleen that you need to finish this job. I always check that I can hear the throttle switch click IN THE CAR. That means, when the linkage is connected, the switch clicks just as the throttle pulley turns a bit from the idle position. Sometimes it can click when in your hand but be out of adjustment on the car. Adjsut the little turnbuckle in the link rod to get it to work right.
