Smoking on Deceleration 140-160

Howdy all,

Got a '70 145 with a B20B, and when I'm on the freeway in 4th (I don't have overdrive) and I'm running along at 55 and take my foot off the gas, I blow a cloud of oil smoke. Would this be valve stem seals or what? It doesn't smoke any other time, even on startup.
