Sounds like Nathaniel has it. Steve: The nozzle is actually two parts: 1)the squirter tube and 2: the hood. On mine the hood is gone so the nozzle sticks straight out and washer fluid shoots straight out of it. The hood deflects the stream and causes it to spray downward on the rear window. I thought about disecting the new one and just gluing the hood onto the old nozzle but I figured by the time I was done with that I would have screwed up the old one and the new one so it seems replacement is the best route.
