Most every one I've seen in the US has the same right fender mounted type(straight, heavy gauge, non-extendable, with a tip made of bakelite plastic). . . originals aren't all that easy to find anymore in good shape. There is a near-identical reproduction of this on the market, with same shape tip (but metal) used for Jags and Britcars, but beware -- the mount can't handle the curve of the fender very well and modification will be required to get it mounted straight.

I'm still puzzled by my early '67 wagon - it's antennae is original, but mounts on the left A-pillar (left side of windshield)and is extendable.

Anyone else seen one of these?
