Drivetrain/Rearend Shuddering. 120-130 67.5

I am experiencing a sporadic condition in which my rearend/drive train seems to shudder violently upon engaging the clutch in first while starting from a stop. It seems the more I ease into the clutch the worse it is. So to avoid it I must engage the clutch quickly. This only happens when it is cold out (cold out here is in the 50s). But not everytime that it is cold out.

I figure that it is probably the flywheel or the clutch/pressure plate assembly. Is there anything else that can cause this condition?? The engine is running real good and all of my bushings are pretty new (problem happened before and after installing bushings).

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
