radiator fluid / coolant 200 1990

plan on changing this this weekend. got help from some of you guys so I know where the drain plug for the coolant is.

question is

a) where/how do you dispose of the drained coolant ? also if I drain the fluid into a bucket, can I reuse the bucket or should I just throw it away to play safe?

b) roughly how much fluid am I looking at draining/replacing ?
