Re: rear control arm bushings question 200 87

If you are talking about the the rear bushings for the front of the car (attaches to the lower firewall then....WHAT HE SAID.

Yes they are now solid and yes the squeaks and clunks go away and the handling is noticeable better.

I think Volvo purposely bent the bracket that seats these bushings in such a way that you can't quite get in there with a standard press. off just enough to drive you nuts.

PS clean all the undercoating away from the area before you press them out. There plenty tight without the undercoating helping to hold them in.
