Drew is right, this is dead easy and should be free. My wife got her number free from the independent garage she bought the car from, using the VIN number.

On the '94 anyway, entering the code is not obvious. You have to enter the six digits on the memory buttons, and then press the button ABOVE the one labelled "cd". If you do this wrong, ie press the wrong button, the darned thing locks you out for four hours!

This stuff should be in the car's manual if you can find it.
