Fuel is pumped out of the tank by the intank pump. The fitting at the main pump could be leaking. But since you said there was a leak (stream) after the car is cut off I would vote for some involvement of the accumulator since is maintains pressure and gas in the line to the engine to prevent long cranks on start up.

Get it fixed now though.
