3rd seat install directions 200 all

I just bought a third seat with all the hardware. I was planing on selling it on ebay. I was wondering if anyone has good instructions on mounting the lower seatbelt bolts that go into the wheel well? Is the hole placement critical... the metal does not seem to be reinforced as long as the hole is kept forward of the radial-ridge pressed into the metal.
