Re: Rent rear trailing arm tool? 200 1984

Hank---Just an idea....I've done the bushing thing three times now, and I've managed to replace the big ones with just a hammer. The old bushings were always so far gone I just mashed them with a chisel to get them out....then the new ones went in with lots of tapping and some grease. Keep an eye on the mounts so they don't bend over too far...a little more tapping will bring them back to where they belong. (Tedious, but it works for me.) I took the removable parts to a shop with a press....costs me $35 to have those done.

Good Luck

Keith
