remove rear seatbelt 200

Hi, I want to remove the rear seatbelt assembly on our 244 sedan to clean accurrately it. It's in that position from 44 years and the belts hardly move, due to dust :)

I can see there are 2 plastic covers that, I think, cover the seatbelt "roll" but that plastic is very brittle so before making any mistake or remove parts not nedded, I wanted some advice please. Thanks in advance!
