Where The Devil is the Ignition Power Amplifier on a Square Coiled 240 200 1987

Hi Ian,

Did you ever solve the B230K ignition issue please, I know this was a while back but think I am in a similar position and the Haynes etc wiring looms are illegible. I have the CISAC Solex and a square coil, but seem to have a pink wire/ connector sitting spare or disconnected, near the coil and coming from the engine sub-loom, can't see where it could come from. I am new to the car, it could even be that it never was connected. Am getting a hovering red/ (!) symbol light on the dash. Alternator seems to be charging nicely, earth seems to be good; any advice/ lessons learned highly appreciated. Also if you know where I could source the wiring diagram/ factory manual for this model that would be great too. Thank you, John
