Crank Position Sensor 200

I had issues with the RPM sensor in my '89 740 B230.
I took a short trip to the local PnP yard where I picked two pigtails for the RPM sensor. Cost = $1 each.
I strung one in to the existing FICU since the original was gone awry at the connectors. Used the firewall port where the original wiring lets into the engine bay
and was able to easily connect the replacement to the FICU-
caution tho, make sure the connecting blades don't get bent upon installation and place them into the CORRECT numbered spots in the FICU.
Works fine, and a good RPM sensor can be had from FCP Euro for about $30...approx.
