volvo voltage regulator / brushes 200

Duke,
1st thing you should do is install a 2&1/4 inch VDO voltage meter in the pod left of the radio. This way you always know how its charging. I have always changed the VR with the Alt. on the car. Use an ispection mirror if you need to see what your doing. I have been fortunate as mine have always had standard screw heads. String or rubber band method to hold down the brushes on install works well.
