Tach filler plug. 200

Phil you're absolutely right that the size of this hole is nothing to worry about. At first I thought that the plug might also have something to do with stabilizing the tach but since it's fastened to the back of the cluster with screws that's an unlikely problem.

I like to roam through the small parts draws of my local hardware store so that's a good idea. Why, I bet if I rummage through my own parts boxes I might even find something.

Wait-a-mnute! Radio shack! You know, those little black rubber feet that "plug" into small holes on the bottom of small electronic project boxes. Hmmm....

I also like your idea of finding something on the car that can work. Get the car involved in the process.
