Seatbelts 120-130

I want to install the newer inertia-type, 3-point seatbelts in the back of my 4-door 1967 122. I wanted to know if anyone else has done this and what your experience was. I've found the places to attach the belts but as I understand it they were meant for fixed belts and so the retractable-type with the inertia-reel may have some trouble fitting. I saw one documentation online of a guy attaching them to the wheel housing in the trunk.

Has anyone been able to get them to attach in the cabin, without serious modification?

Thanks in advance!
