PCV on a B20 120-130

I've never paid much attention to whether or not my teardrop or oil cap had a flame trap or not. Right now on my B20, a hose runs from the air cleaner to oil cap. Then a hose from teardrop, to possible flame trap, to noisy metal PCV, to a once restricted fitting (now straight to an unrestricted fitting on intake), running twin HS6 SU carbs. It seems to run well. Does this sound right?
