Tips to fix 98 S90 Right Seat and MoonRoof controls. Motors work. S90-V90

Right Seat Controls:

The motor does seem to be drawing current, but there must be something stuck, like a penny or something in the tracks. I could not see it though. I am planning to take the seat out. Does anyone have any tips on doing that?

MoonRoof Control:
==================
The Up control will lift the Glass roof up, opening the front. But the back does not work. There is a plastic thing broken and do not know how to fix it. Need guidance on where to get parts and what to look out for. Looks tricky.
