Good thinking and the servo guys are one step ahead of you! The servo motor that was recommended has a 20,000 position wheel so you know where the shaft is within .018 degrees! The programming is the easy part, or at least it is for the fiancée.

As for the question of flow through the injectors. I calculated pressure drops, etc (which I do not think I did correctly) the best flow rate I can get out of the injector hole is off by a factor of 10!

I was really hoping to avoid making a custom head for this! Any suggestions???
