Fresh air leak to interior 200 1985

I just purchased a '85 240 wagon with 187k miles on it. The fresh air/heater duct on the driver side seems to be stuck open and cold air is coming in from the exterior. The passenger side is fine and the heater works fine also. Any idea what it might be? Thanks
