I agree with sampling and measuring the amount of fuel from each injector. If there are noticeable differences, you can swap injectors to see if it's injector or line-related. If a given line is questionable, feed it from a different FD port to see if the condition changes.

Space is tight, but here is how I do it, propping the airflow open with different size bolts to simulate higher speeds.

Jumper the LEFT side of fuse 7 to the LEFT side of fuse 5 to run the pumps.
