Brake Stuck, or hung wheel 200

I purchased an 81 242DL and I am beginning to start restoring it, however as I was towing it home, I had a blowout in the rear wheel on the driver side, I put on the parking brake as I went to change it, and now it seems that the parking brake will not come off, three of the wheels will spin but the rear wheel on the drivers side will not, I need to once again tow this vehicle to where it will be restored, however I will need to get this wheel unlocked, any suggestions
