so many cams, which one should I chose? 120-130

Most likely I'll be replacing the cam in my 1973 1800ES with a B20F and an M41 with a kit from IPD. This car is a nice daily driver, nothing more. I'm pretty sure I'm going to leave the head at low compression specs, but that's a topic for another thread. Any suggestions about which cam I should use? Should I go for a stock cam, the street performance cam, or the street torque cam? Also, I know that this is the wrong forum but the 122 area seems more lively, many 122 owners have 1800s (including myself), and the B20 was common to both cars. Thanks everyone.
