check engine light after adding injector cleaner 200

I recently purchased a '89 240 with 296,000 miles. The car was running fine but the idle was just a little rough. I checked for vacuum leaks and all the normal items (plugs,wires,ect.). I decided to try some Red Line injector cleaner. The engine runs smoother and the idle has improved, but now I'm getting a code 113 (injector fault) and a code 231 (fuel system compensating for a rich or lean condition at cruise). Considering the engine seems to idle smoother, I'm wondering if the cleaner has affected the 02 sensor. Anyone ever have this problem after using injector cleaner?
