check engine light after adding injector cleaner 200

The injector fault should be cleared and if it happens again, pull it to see if it is not closing all the way. Use a tin can or glass jar to catch the gas. I have never known injector cleaner affecting an O2 sensor. You are probably running rich if too much fuel is going through the system, and the throttle body is making up for the difference.
Did you run the engine a high rpm since adding the cleaner? Probably should, once.
