OD switch installation 140-160 1972

Is there anywhere that I can find a illustration or photo of the factory installation of a stalk type overdrive switch on the right side of the steering column?
It appears to need a bracket or other device attached to the steering column.
I must be missing something because the stalk switch will not just attach to the hardware normally found under trim pieces on the 140.
I need help!
