92 245 w/ B230f engine w/ vx3 cam

I had a valve cover painted with the mystic paint on the Ford mustangs...it looks great.

I going to need to take the valve cover off. I also have not had the valvles adjusted since the cam installed roughly 30k ago...

what should I replace..

i.e. valve keepers, check valve clearance. those litle rubber thingys

I helped put a cam in before..is this a DIY or should I take to a shop

I have most of the tools minus the feeler gauges

how hard is it...on a 1-10 scale 1=aint nothing 10=pray

PART 2..

How do I adjust the INGNITION timing on my b230f..since Im under the hood Ill get that done too..
