What is the best to push the caliber pistion back without remove the caliber? 200 1987 gl

IF I do not have to remove the caliber to replace the brake pads than what is the best way ? to push in the new brake pads because they are much more thicker.. to do this without damaging the rotor...

Thanks for all your input...
