Overdrive - solenoid or relay? 200 1981

Hey all! I could really use your help - I have a 245DL manual w/overdrive. For a while, the thing would hit a bump in the road and pop out of overdrive - a nusciance. Now, the light still comes on (the overdrive light on the dash) when I press the button (goes off too), but it no longer changes gear.

I am about to crawl under this thing (again), but am not sure what I am looking for...

SO - what is the likelihood it is a relay vice the solenoid?
