AC per formance in hot humid weather 900 1993

My AC is icy cold if its say... 80° outside but when the ambient temo is 90° or above it really struggles to pump put cold air. I've cleaned out the condensor fins as best I could. The system was just recharged by a shop I've used many times.

Any tips?
