Forgive me if this has already been addressed but I didn't seem to find anything in the FAQ's or search. Car is a 91 740 NA. In outside temps of about 80+, car will not crank if it's left off more then 30 minutes. After about an hour it will crank and start normally. Other facts:
-battery load tests fine and is 2years old
-fuel pump sounds like it energizes with ignition on
-jiggling the shifter in park and neutral has no effect
The same problem occured 2 years ago and resulted in my mechanic replacing the starter, ignition switch, and finally the battery (which seem to solve the problem for 2 years)
Any ideas? I love the car but this problem is getting old fast. Thanks in advance!
