Hello, I need your help guys. A while back the steering box was adjusted. Car feels fine. It steers ahead nicely on a flat straight road without the car veering to either side.
Toe-in is just over, 0mm - 3mm range (its actually just over 5mm), can't see it having much effect on steering movement(possibly slight wear on the outside of front tyres). Caster and Camber are just fine.
THE PROBLEM. In slow traffic at low speed, if i brake medium to hard on the pedal, the steering wheel moves about 20 Degrees to the left(off centre).
I once had to brake hard at speed and remember the car veering to the left(scary). This was in rainy weather and i had just gone through 6/7 inches of water that had collected in the dip in the road, so thought maybe that the water had just got into the braking system and all seemed fine within a minute of driving and some gentle braking to dry out the brake lining.
WHATS GOING ON HERE GUYS. Maybe i'm not seeing it right.
Thanking you in Advance, Sunil
