In sub-zero tempature, my 940 with 240k km shakes and vibrates so vigoursly at the first 2 minutes. The RPM flucuate from 600rpm to 2000rpm. Is there anything I can do to improve the condition? Any advice will be appreciated.

    Sounds as though you have a mixture problem due to incorrect sensing of cold temps: how is the coolant temp sensor performing? See the 700/900 FAQ for tips.
