Camshaft Compability between B21F and B230F 200

Are the B21F and B230F camshafts interchangeable? The only difference in specs I could find are the journal diameters: B21F = 1.1820-1.828"; B230F = 1.1791-1.799"

    They're interchangable on 240's, not so for 7/9-series, as they lack the slot for the distributor.
