Im trying to find the factory amp, i have preaty much the whole front pannels of the car off. Just looks like a mess of wires. If anyone could point me in the right direction that wouyld be helpfull.

Later years (90+) had the "amp" on the transmission hump, behind the center console. No need to remove it, just disconnect the DIN cable.

yes sorry, my car is a 91 240. So i just remove the din cable, but where do i find a wiring harness that i can use for my new head unit?

Just about any car stereo dealer/installer will have it, but you can also try Scoshe on line.

You didn't mention the year or model but I will assume it's a 240. If you have rear speakers the amp will usually be located behind the glovebox and will have a round din plug going into it. Here you can find the speaker wires etc.
