Hello list. After 9 Volvo whose first digit is a 1 I decided to try a 2 series. So far I've been very pleased with my '93 245 (180,000 miles) that I bought last October. All of a sudden though, it is sometimes hard to start after sitting an hour or so (after driving) on a warm (75-80 degrees?) day. This first occurred on Saturday, and then again Sunday - same time, same place. In both cases I drove to the park first thing in the morning (6 miles or so), parked the car, and returned 1 maybe 2 hours later to a car that didn't want to start. It finally did luckily, but it took many turns of the starter motor. Normally at the beginning or end of the day it starts just fine (although not instantaneously). My first guess would be vaporlock, but I wouldn't expect that on such a "new" car. Does this sound reminiscent of any classic 240 warm weather running problems or intermittent relay or other fuel injection component failure? Any tips or advice appreciated.
thanks,
Eric
