Ah, the 'popular' 561. Hopefully that's not the problem :|
Hey, at least you were able to pull the codes out of BOTH computers, so that is encouraging.
1-1-1 codes mean everything is 'normal' as far as the computers can tell. (Terminal #2 (#1 on yours?) is LH-Jetronic MFI, terminal #6 is the EZ-116 ignition.) Is it possible the codes might have been cleared out already? I'm not sure if the codes are stored in NVM and are still in there after the battery is disconnected or the 25A fuse is pulled. Be aware too that once certain codes are cleared they won't come back immediately, even if the original problem is still there.
Riddle me this:
When you turn on the ignition, does at least one of the relays activate? (If you hold the relay PCB with the relays facing up and with the terminals facing away from you, the system relay is the one on the left and should activate continuously with the ignition on.) This is the first thing that has to happen (on the fuel side) in order for the engine to run.
If the answer is No, then:
a) the computer is not getting power or has a bad ground. (The grounds for the LH are on the intake manifold under the bolts for the fuel rail - check those out.)
b) the computer is not driving the relay (dead computer).
c) the relay is defective (open winding, bad PCB/solder, etc).
