dragging brakes; new calipers, pads and rotors: NOW WHAT? 700 1988

Something is preventing the brake fluid to return to MC after braking or repeated braking. You've replaced the front hoses and calipers yet this still goes on. Just investigate along this issue.

Is the brake pedal sticky unable to completely return to rest? Is the return spring ok?
Is the brake light switch out of adjustment? Sticking out more than usual might prevent pedal to completely return to rest.
Does the MC inner piston sticking, rusted inside, unable to come back completely to rest? Neglected brake fluid attract moisture which could cause rust and corrosion inside MC bore. The bore is made of aluminium which could corrode and piston springs made of soft steel which could rust.

If the cabin items checks out ok that leaves the MC to be the suspect.

Amarin.
