Need Wagon rear spring replacement advice :) 200

Hello all, Need to replace the sagging rear springs on my 91 245 wagon. I have new springs to put in, and I have new torque rod arms, and new lower control arm, and trailing arm bushings. My question is.... I'm sure the springs sit on something on both ends I would assume that is rubber? I want to replace everything I can while I am up in there, as my wagon has over 300k on it. Looked online and found a "spring seat" #1221882, is that rubber? or metal? Next found "spring washer #1206811 assuming that is rubber?? and lastly "spring spacer" #1221885 also wondering if it's rubber. IPD has none of the parts I listed, can anyone recommend a good place to get these parts, and do ya'll think I NEED to replace these parts? Any help most welcome... I probably will not live long enough to have to do this again :0

Best Regards,

Scott in Dallas
