coolant in transmission 900

Hello everybody
I just got this rusty 940 turbo 1994 for parts and there is ATF in coolant and coolant in ATF. My question is: should I scrap the tranny or is it possible to rescue it with flush procedure? I don't know how the tranny behave cos the car is not plated and can't take it on highway for spin. On the driveway it moves the car.
