Hey to all, Does anyone know from hole to hole the length of the rear axle limit straps that attach from the trailing arms to the body? Thanks Larry

Looks to be around 13" hole to hole with 3/4" at each end of overhang. Looks like 14-1/2" total. This is what my 58/444 measures. Another way is to let your rear axle hang until the shocks bottom out/ fully opened. Jack it back up 1" and then measure hole to hole. The ture purpose of these straps are to keep the the rear shock rods from catching the weight of the axle. Someone gave me an old hemp tow strap that I will be using. I have plenty if you don'e have anything to use. Syuff looks just like whats hanging, broken. on the car.

Thanks for the reply. Mine are ok. I believe I will also use a tow strap when these give up. THANKS for the help. Larry
