Probably not. The front end of the engine compartment really angles inward.
I've got the 'shorty' manifold, and some shorter stacks, and it clears by a modest amount on the front carb. I'd have to go measure to see how much room there is.
But much more length on the manifold and they're going to be a bit crowded.
At one point I was considering fuel injecting my PV, and using some D-Jet parts to do it, and found that the D-Jet manifold doesn't fit in the PV engine bay.
