If you mean major MAJOR, I'd include more. Depends on your miles. Consider engine/tranny mounts, drive belts, timing belt/tensioner, front engine seals, radiator hoses/thermostat. Flush coolant, flush tranny fluid. Replace smaller rubber hoses that may be cracking, or plugged. How's your brakes, flushed brake fluid? It'll run like a top.
