what do you guys use/make/ or buy cup holder 200

I posted this same question a couple of years back.

I carry a cup of java in my 86 model with me every morning on my little 32 mile commute. I too looked for decent option for holding my beverage. There is the hard to find armrest with the fold out things what will hold cups, did not find one. Tried the one that clips on the door, coffee fell out and soaked me and the carpet so tossed that. Tried to get a clip on for the center of the dash, they were all crap. Looked from some sort of mount for between the seats, found nothing.

Was intrigued by a post about building a wood over hang that went over the center ebrake cover but found a worthy solution from another post here on the BB before going that far.

Themo King sells an insulated cup with a lid that you spin with your thumb to take a sip and close to prevent spills. This cup is wide enough to fit between the seats on top of the ebrake handle. Just wide enough at the base so it will not slip around. Holds 4 1/2 cups of nice strong coffee and keeps it nice and hot the entire trip.

Found the cups at Kroger here in town, now have five of them. I do take a handful of napkins and put them under the cup to catch any rouge coffee droplets. Looks bad on the e brake handle after it dries. Toss the old napkins in the can when filling up and then grab some clean ones to take their place.

Good Luck,

Paul
