watery oily puddle under car 900 1994

I have a 1994 940 wagon that has a watery oily puddle beneath it when sitting. It looks like air conditioner water but it is winter here. It does have a oily sheen to it when looking at the driveway but it is clear liquid. I put a paper towel under it and there is no color to it. Any guidance you could give is much appreciated.

When a stain is seen under the car you need to investigate the source, guessing will not work. Do not move the car, get down, crawl under and look up to determine the source. Smell and yes even taste the liquid.

Bear in mind that most cars engage the A/C when in the defrost setting, regarless of temperature, to "defog" the windshield. Maybe it IS A/C water?

It happens even if I turn the car on just to move it around in the driveway, If it was the radiator would it be empty by this point? It has done this ten times or so.

The brake fluid container is full although it does need new brakes. I thought it was maybe radiator coolant and it is mostly water no coolant?

You need to determine what is above the fluid on the ground, then you may have a clue where on the car the fluid is coming from. It could just be the frost melting from the windshield and running down the oily fire wall.
