no brakelights on 240 wagon 200

I know you said you checked the fuses but you may have to take them out and clean them good with sandpaper. The clips get corrosion along with the funky fuses.

Next check the stop switch on the brake pedal. There should be power on one side all the time. You can use a jumper to put them together and they should all light. At least the third brake light because it does not go through the light out sensor.

If they light with the jumper the switch is bad or stuck open when the pedal is depressed.

If you get power to the back lights but they don't light. Check the ground wires and the hinge wiring.

If the wiper and lock doesn't work its most likely the harness through the left hinge. Your model may not go through the hinge which is a plus.

Hope this helps get you fixed or started there.
