My volvo is eating gas 900

'94 Volvo 960 wagon, 2.9L, n/a
My car has been running really poorly lately. Losing power, Acceleration is sluggish, car hesitates, gas mileage sucks(getting about 7mpg), CEL, rough idle, etc

I have a check engine light, with an ICU fault code, but my car is not in limp home mode. It just keeps eating excessive amounts of fuel. I don't even know where to start on this one. I already replaced the o2 sensor, fuel filter, etc about 10k miles ago.

Anybody have any ideas???

Also, fault code 1-1-4 is found

Which PIN is giving you the Code 1-1-4?

The only code 114 I am finding in my book has to do with the Odometer, Transmission or A/C control.

But, based on your description my first thoughts go to a bad engine/coolant temp senor or a very large vacuum leak or a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Please double check the code and the PIN your getting it from and let us know.
