what kind of thermostat switch I should buy to control E-Fan ? 200

I am planing to replace the mechanical fan with a E-fan. I have already got a E-Fan from a 940.

I need to buy a thermostat switch to control E-fan.

This afternoon, I go to AUTOZONE and Advance Parts , they do not have any one.

So, what kind of thermostat switch I should buy and where to buy?

By the way , Whick thickness wire I can use to connect the batery , E-fan,relay, and thermostat switch? 14 GAUGE , 18, GAUGE OR MORE?
