culprits for 113 code 200 1991

For the first time my 91 245 had the check engine light come on. Prior to the light coming on it was running very sluggish with a low idle, almost like it was not getting enough gas. Thanks to the 700/900 faq list, I was able to find out how to pull a code and got 113. I have already checked the line going to the fuel pressure regulator. It did have a faint smell of gas but not much. Could it be the fpr, O2 sensor, or ? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, George
